Postdoctoral Fellow position is available at Department of Oral Biology,University of Buffalo, State University of New York. Our major effortfocuses on signaling mechanisms that Regulator of G proteins (RGS)regulate calcium signaling and bone resorption, tissue engineering forbone regeneration and bone metastasis from breast cancer or prostatecancer. We are also attempting to identify more key molecules for boneresorption and bone formation to understand the molecular network ofthese molecules in bone metabolism. The position will involve the studyof the mechanisms of differentiation and activation of osteoclast andosteoblast (see Genes Dev ,2007, 21(14): 1803-1816; Hum. Mol. Genet,2007, 16(4):410-423; Journal of Cell Science. 2007

Minimum Qualifications: The applicants should have Ph.D. degree with abackground in one or more of the following areas: bone biology, molecular biology, tissue engineering, or Biochemistry. Interestedapplicants should make contact by e-mail and supply a CV, statement ofinterests, and the names and contacts of 3 references to:sy47@buffalo.edu.
