杭州筹图科技有限公司成立于2014年6月的一家专注于医学病理诊断和信息化的高科技公司，是新加坡HistoIndex Pte. Ltd.在中国成立的全资子公司。公司依托新加坡HistoIndex的核心技术，享有的专利技术，建立研发和营销团队，服务于国内广大肝病患者和临床医疗、病理专家。 
移动医疗被认为是医疗领域21世纪最具潜力的创新性技术，它在改变我们生活的同时，也逐渐将医疗管理推向移动、智能时代。杭州筹图的核心是致力于提供专业的移动医疗诊治和服务。在初期我们将凭借公司在肝纤维化领域的专业技术及与国际肝病专家的长久合作科研合作，聚焦在肝纤维化的临床检测标准及病程调控方法等专业领域。为广大慢性肝病患者和临床、科研客户提供专业服务。
Founded in Hangzhou, China in June 2014, Choutu is a technology-orientated company focuses on the pathological diagnosis and medical informatics, wholly invested by HistoIndex Pte. Ltd in Singapore. Leveraging on the core-technology and experience of HistoIndex, Choutu shared the patented technology from HistoIndex, and has been growing its research & development and marketing teams to serve the liver disease patients, clinicians, and pathologists in China. 

Mobile-health is the most promising innovative technology, which improves the quality of human lives by pushing healthcare and data management to a more mobile and smarter future. Choutu aims in providing professional products and solutions for mobile-health. We will continue on developing our success in clinical R&D in liver fibrosis with many of the global leaders in clinical applications, to provide better clinical diagnosis and treatment protocol and standards. Choutu is dedicated in providing better and professional products and services for chronic liver disease patients, clinicians and research customers.
