CCDI集团公司的前身是中建国际（深圳）设计顾问有限公司，成立于1994年。经过14年的发展，现已成为国内规模化的多专业综合设计咨询集团公司，拥有北京、上海、深圳、成都、纽约5大区域公司及15个办事处，为中国的城市建设提供全过程一体化的综合解决方案，致力于成为“中国城市建设的专业服务者”。

CCDI was founded in 1994 as a design firm specializing in architecture.Over the past 14 years, the company has grown to include many differenttypes of services beyond just architectural design. Today, the CCDIGroup combines multi-disciplinary skills and capabilities to provideintegrated project services for urbanization, in a network of 5 regionalbranches and 15 representative offices across China.
