北京佑安医院

明嘉靖四十三年，在北京城西南取“安定、安宁”之祥意建右安门，以护城市的安康。建国初期，彭真市长亲临右安门外，规划始建北京第二传染病医院，其 建筑规模及学科设置均为亚洲之首。1989年更名为北京佑安院。2003年成为首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院和首都医科大学第九临床医学院，同时承担着 “国家生命科学与技术人才培养基地”和“国家感染与传染病专科医师进修基地”的教学和培训任务。同时医院还设有“北京市肝病研究所”“首都医科大学肝病与 肝癌临床研究所”“北京市性病艾滋病临床诊疗中心”及“国家药物临床试验机构”等临床科研机构。

佑安医院是一家以感染、传染及急、慢性相关性疾病群体为主要服务对象和重点学科，集预防、医疗、保健、康复为一体的大型综合性医学中心。搭建国际医药科技临床与转化医学高端平台。

In the 43rd year of Jiajing reign period of the Ming Dynasty, the YouAn Gate was built in the southwest part of Beijing,which means “stable and peaceful”, to protect the city’s good health.In the initial period of the founding of P.R.C., Mayor Peng Zhen visited You’anmenwai personally, planning to found Beijing No.2 Hospital of Infectious Diseases, which ranked first in Asia by construction size and discipline settings. In 1989, the hospital was renamed as BeijingYouAnHospital. In 2003, it became BeijingYouAnHospital, CapitalMedicalUniversity and No.9 Clinical Hospital of the CapitalMedicalUniversityto perfume the teaching and training tasks for “national education base   for talents of life science and technology” and “national advanced   study base for physicians of infectious diseases” simultaneously. During the 11th and 12th   Five-Year Plans, the Hospital performed national significant special   tasks in the research field of hepatitis and liver cancer, AIDS and   emerging infectious diseases, including more than 150 research tasks of “973 Program”, “863 Program”, National Natural Science Development Fund, and Initial Public Offering Fund, with accumulated research funds of RMB150 million over. With these funds, the Hospital has won a number of national, provincial research achievement prizes, published hundreds of high-quality science papers and books, ranking top in the health system   of Beijing.  

In the field of teaching, the Hospital has 8 master’s degree postgraduate education sites, 4 doctor’s degree postgraduate education sites and 2 post-doctor workstations in internal medicine epidemiology, general   surgery and organ transplantation, clinical test and diagnostics,dermatovenereology, image medicine, and nuclear medicine, biochemistry, and molecule biology, and combined TCM and Western medicine, with nearly   one hundred students. Successively, the Hospital carried out such continued education projects as training for national physicians of   infectious diseases, hospital infection training for national infectious   disease hospitals, ICU care training for infectious diseases, U.S. NIH   clinical research senior training, pre-job training for clinical   engineer qualification certification, which have achieved distinct results.
