Golden Heights Senior Living Management Co., Ltd. (Golden Heights for short) is part of Landgent Group and is affiliated with Landgent Senior Living Investment Co.,Ltd (Landgent Senior Living for short). It is a management company of senior living facilities and devotes itself to providing senior citizens with professional health service and senior care.

As China’s first brand of health service and senior care, Golden Heights adopts the chain operation model and manages its facilities directly. Beijing Shuangjing Golden Heights is one of the chain facilities directly managed by Landgent Senior Living Investment Co.,Ltd (Landgent Senior Living for short) and is also one of the flagship projects owned by Landgent Group whose main business is to construct and operate senior care facilities. In 2013, Shuangjing Golden Heights was chosen by the Beijing government as a pilot project for combing medical service with senior care. With professional medical service, personalized nursing and life support devices in a community, Shuangjing Golden Heights provides self-care seniors, semi-disabled seniors and dementia suffers with multi-dimensional services of high quality, including life care, nutritious food, health care, medical service, rehabilitation service and self-cultivation activities.

Shuangjing Golden Heights is located in Beijing’s central business district of Guomao close to the East Third Ring Road with a convenient surrounding transportation. Golden Heights Health and Rehabilitation Resort in Haikou is the company’s pilot project in Hainan Province. It is also the first project that has been put into operation by Landgent Senior Living.
